6. Trastorns de l'espectre autista
Descarrega el capítolEl logopeda és el professional sanitari competent per al cribratge, l’avaluació, el diagnòstic i la intervenció en les dificultats de comunicació, interacció i alimentació relacionades amb l’autisme, i ha de comptar amb una formació actualitzada, especialitzada i basada en l’evidència.
El CLC impulsa la recerca sobre la prevalença, el cribratge, l’avaluació funcional, la qualitat de vida i la intervenció logopèdica en l’autisme, promou el desenvolupament d’instruments adaptats lingüísticament i culturalment.
El CLC defensa un abordatge interdisciplinari, centrat en la persona i la seva família, que reconegui el valor de la neurodiversitat. Aconsella evitar l’ús de pràctiques mancades d’evidència científica o allunyades dels estàndards actuals de qualitat assistencial.
