17. Alteraciones de la fluidez del habla
Descarga el capítuloEl logopeda es el profesional sanitario competente para valorar, diagnosticar e intervenir en las alteraciones de la fluidez del habla, y debe mantener una formación especializada y actualizada para abordar su naturaleza multifactorial desde un enfoque basado en la evidencia.
El CLC impulsa la investigación sobre la prevalencia, el impacto funcional, la evaluación y la intervención en las alteraciones de la fluidez, y promueve la creación de instrumentos adaptados al contexto lingüístico y cultural, especialmente en catalán y castellano.
El CLC defiende un abordaje interdisciplinario y centrado en la persona, liderado por el logopeda y en coordinación con psicólogos, pediatras, educadores y otros profesionales sanitarios. Aconseja evitar prácticas sin aval científico y favorecer intervenciones integradoras que tengan en consideración las dimensiones emocionales, sociales y comunicativas del trastorno.
